These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Urban Massage & Spa website (urbanmassagespa.com) and your booking of any treatment with us in Doha, Qatar. By using our website or booking a treatment, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings
Bookings can be requested through our website's booking form (sent to us via WhatsApp or email), by phone, or by WhatsApp directly. A booking is only confirmed once our team has replied to confirm your date and time — submitting the form alone is a request, not an automatic confirmation.
Payment
We do not process any online payments. All treatments are paid for in person at the spa, using your preferred payment method available on-site, at the end of your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible — ideally at least a few hours before your appointment — if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another guest. You can do this via WhatsApp or by calling us directly.
Arrival & Late Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time to allow yourself to settle in. Arriving significantly late may mean your session is shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, at our discretion.
Health & Suitability
Please inform your therapist before your session of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivities, or if you are pregnant, so your treatment can be adapted safely. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it isn't safe to proceed.
Age Policy
Our treatments are intended for adult guests. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have their consent to receive a treatment.
Conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful, professional and comfortable environment for both guests and staff. We reserve the right to end a session and refuse future service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward our therapists or other guests.
Pricing
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking via WhatsApp, phone or email, and may be updated from time to time. We'll always let you know the price before confirming your appointment.

Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in every treatment, Urban Massage & Spa is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the laws of Qatar.
